RESERVATION DETAILS:

Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees.

A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block.

Check in time: 4:00pm. Check out time: 11:00am

Reservations may be cancelled, and deposit refunded up to 48 hours prior to arrival date.

Cancellations 48 hours or less will result in a fee equal to one night’s stay.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit by major credit card.

Complimentary internet access in guest rooms.

Group rate available three days pre and three days post event, based on hotel’s availability.
